In connection with arranging appointments and our customer database, we process some of your personal data as a customer.
- If you reserve appointments with us by email or telephone, we only save your contact details for the appointment and not directly in the customer database.
- If you register on our website, we store your personal data in our customer database.
- We create a collection of bonus cards.

Registration is generally voluntary and only with your consent. We process your name, phone number and email address. You can delete your user account at any time. In addition, after registration, you can call up the personal data stored by us at any time.

- our overriding legitimate interest according to Art 6 Para 1 lit f GDPR, which consists in maintaining our customer database, determining your bonus and making communication in these matters efficient;

Transmission of your personal data
Your personal data will not be transferred to other organizations. However, we use an external IT service provider for the customer database, which is not allowed to use your data.
When paying with debit cards and credit cards, your card details will be transferred to Hobex AG Salzburg. In our documents we only see the card numbers, which are not linked to any other personal data, so we cannot identify any individuals.
Processor for our customer database
For our customer database we use the application of Belbo Business Software GmbH Berlin. The data protection information can be found here: https://thaibalancemassage.belbo.com/datenschutz.
For our virtual telephone system we use a cloud solution from yuutel GmbH Vienna.
Storage duration
In principle, your data will be stored by us for as long as there are legal storage obligations or storage is necessary to fulfill our legal tasks, and beyond that as long as guarantee, warranty or statute of limitations have not yet expired.

The Fair Analytics tracking service is used on our website. No cookies are set in the process.
