In connection with arranging appointments and our customer database, we process some of your personal data as a customer.

  • If you reserve appointments with us by email or telephone, we only save your contact details for the appointment and not directly in the customer database.
  • If you register on our website, we store your personal data in our customer database.
  • We create a collection of bonus cards.

Registration is generally voluntary and only with your consent. We process your name, phone number and email address. You can delete your user account at any time. In addition, after registration, you can call up the personal data stored by us at any time.

Categories of processed data and purposes of data processing

We will process your data referred to in Appendix 1 (“Your Data”) for the following purposes

  • Management of a customer database
  • Management of bonus cards
  • Arranging treatment appointments
  • Marketing measures, advertising and public relations

In cases where we ask you to provide your data, this is basically voluntary. However, various processes related to booking appointments and communicating with you on these matters will be delayed or even impossible if you do not provide your personal information. If the provision of your data is legally binding in some cases, we will point this out to you separately.

We process your data on the following basis:

  • our overriding legitimate interest according to Art 6 Para 1 lit f GDPR, which consists in maintaining our customer database, determining your bonus and making communication in these matters efficient;
  • in individual cases: your consent to the processing of your personal data (Art 6 Para 1 lit a or Art 9 Para 2 lit a GDPR).

Transmission of your personal data

Your personal data will not be transferred to other organizations. However, we use an external IT service provider for the customer database, which is not allowed to use your data.

When paying with debit cards and credit cards, your card details will be transferred to Hobex AG Salzburg. In our documents we only see the card numbers, which are not linked to any other personal data, so we cannot identify any individuals.

Processor for our customer database

For our customer database we use the application of Belbo Business Software GmbH Berlin. The data protection information can be found here:

For our virtual telephone system we use a cloud solution from yuutel GmbH Vienna.

Storage duration

In principle, your data will be stored by us for as long as there are legal storage obligations or storage is necessary to fulfill our legal tasks, and beyond that as long as guarantee, warranty or statute of limitations have not yet expired.

Purpose and Legal Basis

The Fair Analytics tracking service is used on our website. No cookies are set in the process. Provision prescribed or required

The provision of your personal data is voluntary, based solely on your consent. We will not use the Fair Analytics tracking service without your consent.

Withdrawal of consent

You can revoke your consent to the use of Fair Analytics at any time with effect for the future. You can make this change in our consent tool. If you withdraw your consent, we will immediately stop collecting data about the use of our website using Fair Analytics.

storage duration

In principle, we will store your data for a period of 2 years. Longer storage only takes place if this is necessary to investigate attacks on our website and only until the end of relevant limitation periods, statutory retention periods or any legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence.
