General
The provider offers the services listed in the appendix with the care of a prudent entrepreneur. This with the best possible protection of the interests of the customer.
These general terms and conditions, which are also posted, apply to all services of the provider.
Unless otherwise agreed, these terms and conditions are an essential part of the contract between the provider and the customer.
Placing orders, appointments
An order is created when a massage is booked by telephone, in writing or online.
Basically, the prices as shown on the notice board apply. Special conditions due to advertising measures must be announced when booking.
As far as possible, the provider will keep the agreed appointments for treatments. If unforeseen circumstances arise that make it impossible to meet the appointments, the provider will inform the customer and arrange a new appointment with the customer for the treatment.
As far as possible, the provider will inform the customer of any delays in the appointment.
In the event of late arrival at the treatment appointment, the provider is entitled to deduct the delay from the treatment time.
The customer undertakes to cancel the appointment if he cannot keep it due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations must be announced at least 24 hours before the appointment starts.
The provider reserves the right to charge cancellation fees if a customer repeatedly fails to keep his appointments without cancellation.
Prices and Payment
In principle, the prices according to the notice and website apply. All prices include sales tax.
Payment is made after the treatment. The customer has to pay the final amount according to the invoice immediately upon receipt. Other payment conditions are not possible.
The customer can pay in cash, with Maestro cards or all major credit cards.
Vouchers and bonus card
Vouchers are sold for a specific treatment time or value.
Vouchers issued for a specific treatment period can only be used for this period. For example, it is not possible to use a 60 minute voucher for two treatments of 30 minutes each. There is no compensation for a shorter treatment period. A longer treatment time has to be paid additionally.
Vouchers that have been issued for a certain value can be redeemed in stages. As soon as the value of the voucher falls below the price of the treatment, the difference must be paid. There is no compensation if the voucher is not fully used.
After the number of treatments specified on the bonus card, the bonus card allows you to take advantage of exactly one free treatment. A separate bonus card is kept for each treatment duration (30, 60, 90, 120 minutes). The duration of the free bonus treatment depends on the duration of the treatments registered on the bonus card. A payment of the free treatment is excluded. Bonus cards are not transferable.
Only the original vouchers are valid. Photographs or copies of vouchers will not be accepted.
Complaints
Complaints are to be made by the customer during or immediately after the treatment.
Alcohol and smoking
Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited in the entire business premises. The customer is obliged to come to the treatment in an empty state.
Valuables:
No liability is assumed for money and valuables that the customer brings.
Legal Notice
The massages offered are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, but merely serve to relax, maintain health and activate self-healing powers. Please note that we do not provide medical advice. This is reserved exclusively for doctors and healthcare professionals.
All massages cannot be billed through statutory or private health insurances.
Place of fulfillment / place of jurisdiction
The place of performance is Vienna. Austrian law applies.
In the case of consumers, the court in whose district the customer’s place of residence, habitual residence or place of employment is located is responsible.
